2016 Honda Pilot in Austin Texas

The 2016 Honda Pilot – The Best of Both Worlds

In conceptualizing the 2016 Pilot, Honda's design team aimed to provide the best platform for "intelligent family adventure." Technology in combination with versatility, a tough rigid structure and a completely redesigned body highlight the 2016 Pilot.

The Pilot has the advantages of a crossover with the utility of a truck-based SUV, not to mention, sleek styling. This combination is hard to find in a midsize SUV. With a 5,000-lb max towing capacity (AWD) [3] The Pilot is extremely capable and, with durable surfaces and purposeful features, the SUV was built with active families in mind.

Although The Pilot is rugged and strong, it features superior comfort and amenities. The spacious interior of The Pilot can accomodate up to eight people comfortably. There is plenty of storage space and the third row seat folds down to allow even more room for cargo. For your more precious cargo, The Pilot features ACE (Advanced Compatibility Engineering) body structure (for enhanced frontal crash-energy management), an advanced airbag system, Brake Assist, and 3 point seatbelts at all seating positions.

One could not ask for more but The Pilot is STILL available with additional features found on luxury SUV brands such as a Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System [29], Song By Voice®, Tri-Zone Automatic Climate Control, a DVD Rear Entertainment System [19], a Power Tailgate, and more.
